Trampling table
Definition
A trampling table is a low, sturdy BDSM piece of furniture – usually made of wood or metal – with an opening in the middle through which the cock and balls of the sub can be inserted. The Dominant can safely stand on top of the table for trampling without their body weight falling on the sub’s torso or ribs, and it is stable enough that they will not lose their balance.

Explanation of trampling table
The trampling table is designed to make trampling of the genitals as safe as possible, without the dangers of standing directly on the body. The sub lies or sits under the table, with their genitals protruding upwards through the central hole. The Dominant then stands on the sturdy surface of the table, providing a stable, reliable base designed to bear weight. This allows trampling to be experienced without pressure on the chest, abdomen, ribs, or back—areas that are extremely vulnerable to direct trampling.
This shifts the experience somewhat: the sub does not feel the full body weight on their torso, but experiences the psychological humiliation, objectification, and sexual tension of being “under” the Dominant. At the same time, the Dominant remains completely free to move around, pose, use heels or move rhythmically, and carefully position their feet on the genitals.
Many tables have a wooden top, but metal variants are also used because of their stability and durability. The opening is large enough to make the genitals freely accessible for additional play such as CBT, edging, and/or tease & denial. In this setting, the table itself functions as a tool for dominance, safety, and control.
Safety and points of attention
A trampling table must be extremely stable and specially built to support a full body weight. Thin plywood, wobbly legs, or unreliable constructions are dangerous, as collapse can cause immediate injury to the sub’s genitals, face, or chest.
Wooden tables must be thick enough and securely screwed together; metal tables must have good quality welding.
The Dominant may only stand on the tabletop, never on edges or parts that have less load-bearing capacity.
The hole must not be sharp: the edges must be rounded, sanded, or protected to prevent cutting or pinching the skin.
The sub must be able to breathe freely, experience no pressure on the chest, and always be able to be removed from the position without first having to dismantle furniture or materials.
A trampling table is only used safely when both parties are experienced, attentive, and act in a fully consensual manner.
