Explanation of milking

Milking is a popular practice in the world of control and chastity. It is often used by a Mistress or Dominant to exert power over the body of the sub. Whereas masturbation is voluntary and self-directed, milking is all about surrender: the Dominant determines the pace, duration, and moment of release – or whether it is prevented.

The technique can vary. In penis milking, the Dominant uses rhythmic pressure and squeezing movements, sometimes with lubricant, to indirectly stimulate the prostate via the shaft. In prostate milking, the prostate is directly stimulated via the anus, with a finger, toy, or special massage device. The goal is often not purely sexual, but psychological: the realization that the sub’s body is completely under control.

In long-term chastity games or chastity training, milking can be used to regulate tension, maintain prostate health, or, conversely, to increase frustration. Some Mistresses use milking as a reward after weeks of abstinence; others use it as a means of humiliation, whereby orgasm is induced involuntarily or clinically.

Safety & points of attention

Milking seems harmless, but requires knowledge and caution. The prostate is a sensitive organ: incorrect pressure or rough movements can cause pain, bleeding, or inflammation.

Always use plenty of water-based lubricant and work with short, controlled movements. Cut nails short, use latex gloves, and clean toys thoroughly with an antibacterial agent.

When using electrostimulation (such as e-stim or milking devices), keep the voltage low and only use devices intended for erotic use. Never place electrodes above the navel or near the heart.

Milking should never take place under duress without consent. Even if the sub appears powerless, consent remains decisive.

Afterwards, it is wise not to stimulate the prostate again immediately: give the body time to recover. Aftercare is important, especially if milking was part of control or humiliation play.
