Cuffs are objects that can be used to secure someone’s hands, ankles, or other body parts, with the aim of restricting their freedom of movement. In BDSM, restraints are used for bondage, surrender, and power exchange, often in combination with other forms of play.

Cuffs are among the best-known and most commonly used accessories in BDSM. Restraining a sub with cuffs can evoke a strong sense of power and surrender.
