Forced feminization is a BDSM game in which a male submissive is dressed, treated, or trained as a woman by his dominant partner. The game often combines elements of power, humiliation, eroticism, and psychological surrender, and can be both playful and deeply emotional in nature.

Forced feminization emphasizes the process of transformation. The dominant woman (often a mistress) determines how the man dresses, moves, speaks, and behaves.
