Vaginal hook
Definition
A vaginal hook is a metal BDSM–instrument with a rounded hook shape that is inserted into the vagina and often combined with rope, bondage, or posture control. It is used for intense play, tension, and physical and mental surrender.

Explanation of vaginal hook
The vaginal hook is similar to the more well-known anal hook, but designed for vaginal use. The hook is usually made of surgical steel and has a smooth, rounded tip so that it can be inserted safely. At the other end is a ring to which rope, straps, or bondage points can be attached. This allows the Dominant to create tension by pulling or steering the body into a certain position.
The hook itself provides constant internal pressure, which can be subtle or intense depending on the angle at which the body is positioned. For many subs, the feeling of being embedded and externally controlled is a deep form of surrender. The vaginal hook is often used in combination with kneeling positions, hogties, shibari, or rhythmic pain play. Because the hook does not block anything, the Dominant can simultaneously apply other forms of play such as spanking, tease & denial, or control of posture and movement.
Safety and points of attention
The use of a vaginal hook requires care, knowledge, and coordination. The hook must always be inserted with sufficient lubricant and never with force.
The metal must be completely smooth without burrs, edges, or imperfections.
The most common risks are abrasion of the mucous membrane, excessive tension on the hook, or tilting the hook at an unnatural angle.
When the hook is connected to rope or bondage, the Dominant must constantly monitor the tension: too much pulling force can cause internal injury.
Avoid use in cases of vaginal infections, recent surgery, pregnancy, or sensitive pelvic floor issues. The mental impact must also be taken into account; vaginal hook play can be very intense and confrontational.
