Stuffing

Definition
Stuffing is an extreme BDSMpractice in which one or more body orifices – usually the vagina or anus – are deliberately filled as full as possible with body-friendly objects, toys, hands, or liquids to induce an intense feeling of stretching, pressure, surrender, or humiliation.

Explanation of stuffing

Within the BDSM world, stuffing does not simply refer to ‘inserting something’, but to deliberately seeking a state of almost impossible fullness. It is about stretching, pressure, the physical sensation of being completely filled and the mental charge that comes with it. For many subs, this form of play is not only about the physical sensation, but also about the psychological dimension: the feeling of being used, of your body temporarily having no ‘empty space’ left, of transferring control to the person who is filling you. It is an intense game that can balance on the border between objectification and surrender, precisely because it feels so total.

Vaginal and/or anal stuffing

Vaginal stuffing can consist of multiple dildos at once, firm balls, bead chains, eggs, large toys, or even one or two hands. The goal is a deep, comprehensive pressure that completely fills the vagina and can remain that way for a long time. Some Dominants choose to insert a large dildo or plug afterwards to keep everything “in place,” forcing the sub to carry that fullness without being able to lose it.

Anal stuffing follows the same principle but often has an even more intense experience because the anus is much more sensitive to stretching. Long chains of anal beads, large plugs, firm dildos, or other smooth objects give a feeling of total filling that is almost hypnotic.

Double stuffing

Double stuffing is the variant in which both the vagina and anus are filled at the same time, often in combination with double-ended toys or simultaneous fisting. For experienced players, this can be an overwhelming experience in which the entire pelvic area is under constant pressure. In niche cases, there is even talk of womb stuffing or cervix play, in which players try to fill extremely deeply. This is medically risky and is almost always discouraged; it requires professional knowledge of anatomy and absolute hygiene.

There are also variants such as temporary breast expansion with saline infusions (breast stuffing), mouth stuffing where the mouth is stuffed in combination with gags or humiliation play, and even urethral stuffing—a very risky niche practice intended only for experts.

Physical and mental

What makes stuffing special is that the experience is twofold. There is the physical side: the stretching, the warmth, the pressure, the inability to become empty again. And there is the mental layer: surrender, letting go, the feeling of being an object that is being filled, or the intense connection that can arise when someone literally opens themselves up. Many couples combine stuffing with bondage, blindfolds, orgasm control, or humiliation. “Look how full I’ve made you” is a phrase that hits the nail on the head: it’s about the effect that physical fullness has on both the body and the mind.

Safety & points to consider

Stuffing is one of the more extreme forms of play and should only be done with experienced players who know what they are doing.

The most important basic rule is that everything that is inserted must be safe, smooth, clean, and intended for use in the body. No sharp edges, no materials that can break, no toys that do not have a wide base, and nothing that can fall apart.

The use of food is risky: many fruits can mold, split, or get stuck and are therefore unsuitable.

Fullness should never become pain that feels sharp, burning, or stinging. Healthy stretching provides pressure and tension, but no nerve pain or acute cramping.

Keep communicating constantly and read body language carefully: stuffing can become overwhelming, precisely because the game relies so heavily on the feeling of power and surrender.

Especially with anal and double stuffing, it is important to work slowly, use plenty of lubricant, never force anything, and always take into account the possibility that something could get lost if it is not secure.

For extreme variants such as deep cervix approach, fluid injections, or hollow stretching, hygiene, medical knowledge, and sterile working practices are crucial. These forms are generally not recommended for recreational top play.

Aftercare is essential: the abdomen may be sensitive, muscles may feel tired, and the mind may need time to settle after such an intense experience.
