Spreader bar
Definition
A spreader bar or One Bar Prison is a bondage and immobilization technique in which the wrists and ankles of the sub are secured to a single, sturdy metal or wooden bar. The bar acts as a central anchor point, keeping the body tightly aligned and severely restricting freedom of movement.
