Fist fucking (also known as fisting) is a sexual act in which the hand or fist is gently inserted into the anus or vagina. Within BDSM, it is seen as an intense form of physical surrender, trust, and connection between Dominant and submissive.

Fistfucking is one of the most intimate and physical forms of sexual experience within BDSM. It requires complete relaxation, control, and trust from both partners. In short: poppers can disable the body’s natural feedback system—precisely what is crucial for staying safe during fisting. A conscious Dominant or sub will therefore never use this substance during fisting. The real experience comes from trust, not from numbness.
