Ruined orgasm

Definition
A ruined orgasm is an orgasm in which the climax is initiated, but the actual release is prevented by removing or changing the stimulation at the last moment. The result is an incomplete, often frustrating, and intensely palpable after-sensation.

Explanation of ruined orgasm

A ruined orgasm deliberately plays with the moment when a sub is just about to cross the point of no return. The Dominant stops at exactly the critical moment, so that the physical reflex of an orgasm still kicks in, but the full release – especially in men – does not occur. This creates a mixture of tension, frustration, desire, and sometimes almost desperate excitement.

Many subs experience a ruined orgasm as extremely mental: the release does not occur, causing the body to continue “searching” for the release. This can lead to a deep sense of surrender, powerlessness, or submissive focus.

Ruined orgasm

For Dominants, a ruined orgasm is a powerful tool within tease & denial, edging, or orgasm control. It reinforces the idea that climax is not a right, but a gift. The sub thus experiences that he is completely dependent on the Dominant for real release.

When repeated, a ruined orgasm can lead to long, intense sexual tension. Some subs describe it as deliciously torturous: the body is ready, but is not given permission. Others experience it as an intense mental game.

Safety & points of attention

The penis or clitoris can become painfully sensitive after multiple ruined orgasms.

Not every sub enjoys prolonged frustration; make agreements about intensity and number.

Too many attempts in a row can cause burning or overload.
