Definition
A penis pump is a cylinder with a vacuum system that allows a man to temporarily create extra blood flow in the penis. This can be used for erection support, enlargement, sensitivity play, or specific forms of BDSM.
Penis pump explanation
A penis pump – also known as a vacuum pump – is a hollow cylinder that is placed over the penis. Pumping air out of the cylinder creates a vacuum. This vacuum causes blood to be sucked into the erectile tissue of the penis, making the penis temporarily harder, larger, or more sensitive. Some men use a pump purely for functional reasons, for example, to treat erectile dysfunction, but in BDSM, the pump is mainly used for sensation play, control, objectification, or enlargement fetish.
The sensation a pump provides is very unique: a combination of pressure, tension, tingling, and warmth.
