Definition
OWK stands for Other World Kingdom, a former Femdomstate in the Czech Republic, founded as a kingdom completely subject to women, where female dominance was central.
Explanation of OWK
The Other World Kingdom (OWK) was a unique, large-scale Femdom project founded in the Czech Republic in 1996. It was set up as a matriarchal state, complete with its own queen (Queen Patricia), laws, uniforms, rules, state structure, currency, ceremonies, and even a passport system. The OWK presented itself as a society in which women had absolute power and men – especially submissive men – played a subservient role.
The grounds included castles, dungeons, training rooms, torture chambers, sleeping quarters, workshops, stables, and outdoor areas where various forms of Femdom, slavery role-play, rituals, and ceremonial games took place. The OWK organized public events such as training sessions, punishment festivals, Femdom conventions, and official ceremonies. The concept attracted worldwide attention and was seen as a unique place where fantasy, role-play, and lifestyle came together.
Although the OWK ultimately did not become an official state in the legal sense, for decades the project became an international symbol of Femdom culture, dedication, and large-scale roleplay. The site has since been sold, but the ideas and images still live on within the scene.
Safety & points of attention
OWK activities were largely role-play-based, but took place in an environment with powerful D/s dynamics and physical BDSM elements. As in any BDSM context, consent, clear agreements, and health remained essential. Many participants traveled from abroad, which required extra attention to communication, language barriers, and personal boundaries.
In addition, it is important to understand that the OWK was not a lawless area: Czech law remained in force, despite the symbolic state structure. For those who are inspired by this concept today, it is good to realize that such large-scale fantasy worlds are always limited by the realities of safety, voluntariness, and legal frameworks.
