Definition
Flatulophilia (also known as fart fetish) is a sexual preference or fetish in which a person becomes aroused by flatulence (farts) or the sound, smell, or idea of it. Within BDSM, it can be a humiliating, playful, or humorous element that fits within a certain power dynamic.
