CFNM stands for Clothed Female, Naked Male. It is a fetish or role play within BDSM / Femdom in which women remain fully or partially clothed, while the man (or multiple men) is completely naked.

CFNM is a form of play that revolves around power, voyeurism, humiliation, and sexual tension.
